After partnering with Benify, TUI Nordic received a tool which automated their HR department’s workload. The tool can also be used for TUI Nordic’s strategic HR work to become one of Scandinavia’s most attractive employers.

Before implementing the Benify portal, HR’s daily tasks revolved around answering relatively simple questions from employees, which resulted in having less time for strategic HR work.
